The UT-TSU Shelby County Extension’s 4-H Youth Development Program offers educational services and activities through local community clubs and schools, covering over 60 projects such as citizenship, leadership, livestock, nutrition, photography, and public speaking. The program emphasizes “learning by doing” to empower youth to develop life skills and become responsible citizens.
