Vance Park

This little park has a big view atop the Mississippi River bluff. There is a pleasing piece of public art, Whirl, which doubles as a shade structure and park bench, to admire in this beautifully landscaped sunny spot. It provides benches, trash cans, colorful landscaping and a wonderful bluff outlook.
