Shelby County Junior 4-H Camp is a five-day residential camp held at the Lone Oaks Farm 4-H Center in Middleton, Tennessee, designed for youth who have completed grades 4 through 6. The camp offers a variety of activities, including lake inflatables, fishing, kayaking, archery, .22LR rifle shooting, sports, nature hikes, and arts and crafts, all aimed at promoting life skill development in a safe and structured environment.

Pricing & Registration

Early Bird (by April 15 at 4:30 p.m.): $350
Standard (April 16–25 at 4:30 p.m.): $375
Full Price (after April 25): $400
Cost includes transportation, t-shirt, meals, lodging, and all activities. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

What to Bring (and Not Bring):

Campers will need basic toiletries, bedding, swimwear, casual clothes, and tennis shoes. Items such as cellphones, electronics, gum, and any dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed. A full packing list is provided upon registration.

Communication at Camp

All communication with your child during the camp should go through the designated UT Extension agents to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
