For years, the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival has been the unofficial start of spring in Memphis and is now the largest one-day crawfish festival outside of Louisiana. Each April, people come down to the banks of the Mighty Mississippi to get their share of fresh, spicy Louisiana crawfish. In addition to the crawfish, Rajun Cajun features several family-friendly attractions including live music with authentic zydeco music on the main stage and other local favorites throughout the day.

Porter-Leath’s Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival on Riverside Drive, between Jefferson and Union.

The festival features thousands of pounds of fresh Louisiana crawfish and live music from nationally known and local award-winning artists!

Enjoy games including crawfish bobbing, eating, and racing, arts & crafts vendors, and a kid’s area.

Funds raised at the festival support local children and families through Porter-Leath's early childhood services, foster care, teacher training, mentoring and more!

It is one of the few remaining Memphis festivals that does not charge an admission price in order to welcome all Mid-South families to enjoy a fun-filled day together.
