Brain Potential Institute

Brain Potential Institute aims to optimize the human brain through brain training, also known as cognitive training. This process involves measuring and exercising neurological systems to improve learning abilities. By focusing on areas like memory, auditory processing, attention, and concentration, brain training promotes new and permanent brain synaptic growth, essentially rewiring the brain by increasing synaptic connections.
Based on neuroplasticity research, brain training leverages the brain's ability to create new connections, a process that can be accelerated through targeted exercises. The program can increase IQ by 10 to 30 points and improve reading levels by three to four years after an average of 80 hours of instruction. Note-taking, math, and writing skills also show significant improvement. Brain training benefits people of all ages, including those with learning disabilities and other neurological problems.
The neurological systems improved by brain training include:
Auditory processing
Memory
Attention & Concentration
Rapid naming & Rapid recognition
Phonemic awareness
Brain processing speed
Visual processing & Visual perception
Visual motor skills
Logic & Reasoning skills
Verbal fluency
Word attack skills
Sequencing
Orientation in space
Crossing midline in the brain
Eye tracking & eye scanning
Language decoding & language encoding
Coordination
Mental endurance
