Summer fun is in full bloom at the Garden! Join us for a season of discovery, creativity, and outdoor adventures. Our nature camps are dedicated to inspiring a love for the natural world in kids of all ages. Each week, campers ages 6-15 will enjoy nature crafts, games, and explorations led by expert Garden Guides. All camps run Monday through Friday from 9 am-3 pm. Kids aged 6-9 can choose between our Nature Detectives, Tracks and Traces, My Big Backyard, or Grossology camps, 10-12-year-olds will enjoy our Mad Science or Garden Growers camps, and our 13-15-year-olds will get first-hand experience at our DIRTy Jobs camp!

Camp is for kids going into 5K – entering 5th grade. They can be 4 if they are starting 5K this coming August. They need to be potty trained and not have any severe medical conditions.

In this six-day, five-night summer camp experience, campers will explore habitats throughout Great Smoky Mountains National Park and will conduct their own field investigation. Campers will practice thinking critically as they decide how to find answers to newly-formed questions, draw connections and identify patterns that open their eyes to the magic inner workings of nature, and develop relationships with others as they play and discover together.

Children's Ballet Theater and Memphis Youth Musical Theater in East Memphis offers summer dance camps and year round classes to students ages 2.5 to 18 years and adults the unique beautiful traditions of Russian and French classical ballet with uplifting instructors. The school also offers classes in pointe, pas de deux, modern, jazz, musical theater, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and vocal training and performance. Director Mary Van Dyke is a former professional ballerina, and it is her greatest joy to offer children, teens and adults the very best training with instructors that are kind, uplifting and always speak encouragingly to children and teens.
