Tennessee Tuesdays - Memphis Zoo
Tennessee residents will enjoy free Zoo admission every Tuesday, year-round, from 9 a.m. until gates close. Reservations are free, limited weekly, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are valid only for the date reserved and will be released each Wednesday for the following Tuesday and must be reserved online through our website.

Thanks to the generous support of the Shelby County Board of Commissioners and the Shelby County Mayor Lee Harris Administration, Memphis Zoo is proud to expand its Free Tennessee Tuesday admission program. To enhance the guest experience and support this beloved community offering, advance reservations will now be required. This update will help manage attendance, reduce wait times, and ensure a smoother, more enjoyable visit for all. Memphis Zoo staff will be on grounds each Tuesday to assist guests and help ensure a smooth transition to the new process. Free Tennessee Tuesdays are a cherished tradition, and this expansion reflects a shared commitment to creating meaningful, accessible experiences for our community.
