Join Brwnskn Yoga & Friends for a fun, FREE Kids Yoga Day at Shelby Farms! Let your little ones move, breathe, and play in nature while learning mindfulness and movement in a joyful, supportive space. The Kids' Yoga Day community is a vibrant, encouraging, inspirational group that keeps growing larger each year. Since they have begun their journey, over 500,000 children have participated from dozens of countries. We have lots of special surprises in store for our 10th anniversary, so please join us for celebration!!
