Carter Library Virtual Book Club
*The event has already taken place on this date: Wed, 06/03/2026
Join us on the first Wednesday every month as we discuss our book club selection. You do not have to have read the book in advance, but it strongly encouraged to help facilitate the conversation.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
Join us virtually as we discuss President Carter's book, Our Endangered Values. In this book, Carter offers a personal consideration of "moral values" as they relate to the important issues of the day. He puts forward a passionate defense of separation of church and state, and a strong warning of where the country is heading as the lines between politics and rigid religious fundamentalism are blurred.
