This workshop will be fact-filled, interactive, and fun. Bring a notebook, we have a lot to cover!

This class will be held at TransforMama.
You are invited to bring a partner to this class. Partners do not need a separate registration. If your co-parent is not available, you’re welcome to bring your mom or your sister or your best friend – any important support person in your life! While I love it when partners can come, they are not required, so don’t sweat it if you need to come solo.
Please bring a baby doll or stuffed animal that’s about baby-sized if you can. I’ll have extras if you forget.
Bring a notebook and pen. We’ll cover a lot in this class, and you’ll leave with some reading and resources to explore at home, too.
