Mindfulness in the Sculpture Garden - Metal Museum - Memphis, TN

In these sessions, attendees are invited to enrich their experience with art through the practice of mindfulness. Attendees will be guided in a brief meditation and taught how to engage with art mindfully as they encounter various pieces. Sessions will take place inside the museum in the case of inclement weather.

These sessions will be led by Amy Balentine, owner of Memphis Center for Mindful Living, who is a teacher of mindfulness as well as a psychologist. She has completed teacher training at the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness.
